Graduate in Economics and Business Studies (audir specilisation) by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, during his professional career he has expanded his studies through a Master degree in Financial audit by the UNED, and by the Advanced company valuation course by the Institute of Advanced Finance. Moreover, he belongs to the Economists General Council (REA + REGA) since 2002, and he is an Official Account Auditor registered on the ROAC since 2001.

David began his career as a Junior Auditor in 1996, being promoted 2 years later to team leader. In 2000 he becomes manager in the auditing firm Sociedad Consultora de Dirección, S.A. (SCD Auditoria, S.A.), coordinating work teams in order carry out audits of annual accounts along with other different Corporate Finance tasks for other clients of the same group, SCD. In 2001 he becomes associate of a ‘financial boutique’ of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), working in Corporate Finance projects with operational targets up tp 30 million euros (middle market). Sectoral analyses, enterprise valuations, prospectus, candidate search and negotiations aimed at closing of corporate operations.

In October 1998 he joins MGI Audicon & Partners S.L.P bringing enthusiasm and long experience in the following fields:

• Official auditing of annual accounts.
• Purchase audit and due diligence.
• Expert economical reporting.
• Valuations of companies and elaboration of prospectus and business plan.
• Preparation and development of all the processes related to Corporate Finance operations (M&A), Middle market sphere.
